Company: Pipe Right Plumbing & Gas
Jurisdiction: Mississippi (Leland, Greenville, and surrounding Delta communities)
Governing Law: State of Mississippi
1. Scope of Services & Diagnostic Standards
Pipe Right Plumbing & Gas provides a complete range of residential and commercial plumbing, gas line, and trenchless pipe rehabilitation solutions.
- Preliminary Estimates: All pricing and service quotes provided via (662) 379-0467 or https://piperightplumb.com/ are non-binding estimates.
- Sewer & Water Line Diagnostics: Because we specialize in advanced internal pipe updates (CIPP Epoxy Coating and Pipe Re-Lining), a Sewer Camera Inspection is required to assess buried lines before a final, binding contract can be executed for trenchless restoration.
- Workmanship Guarantee: We stand behind our plumbing projects with a comprehensive Workmanship Guarantee. Specific coverage windows for parts and structural installations will be provided in writing upon completion of the service.
2. SMS & Mobile Messaging Consent
By contacting our team, booking a service, or requesting an estimate, you expressly consent to receive SMS notifications from Pipe Right Plumbing & Gas for:
- Emergency Dispatch Updates: Real-time scheduling logistics for active leaks, gas emergencies, or septic backups.
- Service Coordination: Appointment confirmations, technician ETAs (e.g., Landon), and project milestone alerts.
- Technical Documentation: Digital delivery of sewer inspection videos, project estimates, and invoices.
- Opt-Out: Reply STOP to cancel. Standard message and data rates apply.
3. Licensing, Insurance & Regional Code Compliance
Pipe Right Plumbing & Gas is a fully licensed, bonded, and insured plumbing contractor. Our technicians follow all Mississippi state plumbing codes and local municipal safety criteria.
4. Punctuality & Mississippi Delta Logistical Factors
While we are highly recommended for our punctual arrivals, Pipe Right Plumbing & Gas is not liable for project or dispatch delays caused by:
- Heavy regional traffic across our 30-mile service radius (including the US-61 and US-82 corridors).
- Severe local weather events (heavy Delta rainfall or convective storms) that compromise trenchless curing or outdoor excavation safety.
- Delays in utility line location markings managed by Mississippi 811.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted under Mississippi law, our absolute liability is limited strictly to the total financial value paid for the specific service rendered. We do not assume liability for pre-existing structural decay, structural shifting, or toxic mold development resulting from long-standing water line leaks that occurred prior to our initial on-site arrival.
